This curiosity led me to search the internet for ways to transform my body. I stumbled upon home workouts, and even though I didn't fully understand the science behind it, I decided to start. At first, I dedicated just 10-15 minutes a day to simple exercises like push-ups and basic stretches. Surprisingly, within a month, I started noticing changes. My strength increased, and I felt more energetic. This small success motivated me to push harder.
